BELMAS Annual Conferences   Every year, BELMAS hosts a conference for practitioners, academics and policy makers to come together in a friendly atmosphere to debate and discuss issues of importance in educational leadership and management. Schools, colleges and a range of related organisations are represented at a BELMAS conference. Each conference has a different theme, and a mixture of key note speakers, discussion panels and papers given by members of BELMAS from around the world. In recent years, papers have been delivered by colleagues from Australia, Canada, South Africa, Japan, and Cyprus to name but a few. BELMAS actively encourages participation at conference from school and college members, and a range of development grants are available to apply for.
