| Membership Fees |

| From 1st July 2010 the membership fees are as follows: |

| Individual membership |
| |

Individual membership is free for the first year. Annual subscription is �49 from the second year of membership and is tax deductible. |

From 1st January 2007 the membership fees are as follows: |

| Individual membership |
|
Individual membership costs £49 per annum and is tax deductible. |
| |
| Student membership |
|
Student membership costs £30 per annum over a three-year period and is tax deductible. |
| |
| Retired membership |
|
Retired category membership costs £30 per annum and is tax deductible. Members
approaching retirement or existing members who are already retired, should notify the office. |
| |
| Fellowship |
|
Fellowship subscription is charged at the current membership rate (£49 per annum) and is tax deductible. |
| |
| Institutional membership |
|
£60.00 for Primary Schools
£70.00 for Secondary Schools
£120.00 for all other organisations
Institutional membership entitles all members to attend BELMAS events at
the reduced rate (but not to receive individual copies of journals etc.) |

| Developing Country Individual membership |
|
Developing Country Individual membership costs £20 per annum. There is a list of countries that qualify for this category. |
| |
| Libraries |
|
Libraries may not join BELMAS as members, but should subscribe to the journal
and magazine via the publishers in the usual way. |
| |
| Membership year |
|
BELMAS operates a rolling membership year. The period of membership runs for 12 months
and can commence in January, March, May, July, September or November though applications are received at any time. |

Subscriptions may be collected by direct debit or by cheque. |
